a) When Visiting the Website

Order Data Processing

We have signed an agreement with Google concerning order data processing and fully implement the German data protection authorities’ requirements concerning the use of Google Analytics.

Demographic Characteristics on Google Analytics

This website uses the Google Analytics function “demographic characteristics”. The function permits creating reports concerning the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. The data is compiled based on interest generated advertising by Google as well as third party visitor data. The data cannot be attributed to a specific person. You can deactivate the collection of your data by adjusting the settings on your Google account at any time or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as explained under the point “Data Capture Opposition”.

Data Security

During the website visit, we use the commonly used SSL-process (Secure Socket Layer) combined with the highest encryption level your browser supports. Usually 256-bit encryption is used. We will revert to 128-bit v3 technology should your browser not support 256-bit encryption. You can see if a specific page of our internet presence is transferred as encrypted through the displayed key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

We use suitable technical and organisational security means to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulations, partial or complete loss/destruction or the unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continually improved according to technological developments.
