The Collection and Saving of Person-Specific Data as well as Use Type and Purpose

a) When Visiting the Website

b) When Using our Contact Form

You have the opportunity to present all kinds of questions using the prepared contact form on our website. The use of a valid e-mail address is required so that we know who presented the query and can answer the query. The provision of additional data is on a voluntary basis. Data processing with the aim of contact taking follows from Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR according to your voluntary agreement. The collected person-specific data for using the contact form is automatically deleted after your query has been resolved.

Data Forwarding

The forwarding of your personal data to third parties does not take place for other reasons than those listed here. We only forward your data to third parties if:

you have explicitly permitted doing so according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR,
the forwarding according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to believe that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,

We have signed an agreement with Google concerning order data processing and fully implement the German data protection authorities’ requirements concerning the use of Google Analytics.

Demographic Characteristics on Google Analytics

This website uses the Google Analytics function “demographic characteristics”. The function permits creating reports concerning the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. The data is compiled based on interest generated advertising by Google as well as third party visitor data. The data cannot be attributed to a specific person. Affected Rights

according to Art. 15 GDPR to demand information concerning the person-specific data processed by us concerning you. You have the right, in particular, to be informed about the processing aims, categories of person-specific data, recipient categories who have or will receive your data, the planned storage period, the right for amending, deleting or restricting processing or opposition and the right of complaint;
to demand the source for your data, if it was not collected by us, as well as demand meaningful details concerning automated decision-making including profiling;
according to Art. 16 GDPR to immediately demand the correction of incorrect data or the amendment of partial person-specific data;
according to Art. 17 GDPR to demand the deletion of person-specific data stored by us unless restricted by the right to exercise free opinion expression, fulfilment of legal obligations, reasons of public interests or requirements of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims;
according to Art. 18 GDPR to demand the restriction of processing person-specific data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is illegal, you refuse their deletion but we no longer require the data, but you require them for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims or you have lodged an objection to processing according to Art. 21 GDPR;
according to Art. 20 GDPR to receive your person-specific data given to us in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format or demand their forwarding to another responsible party;
according to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR at any time to withdraw your agreement given to us. The withdrawal consequences are that the data processing based on the agreement will be ceased in the future and
according to Art. 77 GDPR a complaint can be lodged with the supervisory authority. Usually you can turn to the supervisory authority located in your residential area, work place or our place of business.

Objection Right

You have the right to lodge an objection according to Art. 21 GDPR, if your person-specific data is collected according to legitimate interests specified in Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR, as long as there are reasons that stem from your particular situation or the objection is targeted against direct marketing. You have a general objection right in the latter case, which is implemented by us without specifying any particular situation.

Data Security

During the website visit, we use the commonly used SSL-process (Secure Socket Layer) combined with the highest encryption level your browser supports. Usually 256-bit encryption is used. We will revert to 128-bit v3 technology should your browser not support 256-bit encryption. You can see if a specific page of our internet presence is transferred as encrypted through the displayed key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

We use suitable technical and organisational security means to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulations, partial or complete loss/destruction or the unauthorised access by third parties.
